It is interesting to have a look at these 2 bonds with a maturity 2034 and 2057

Both bonds have a cross default clause. Maybe somebody has the strategy to trigger a short term bond and to get repaid in full on the long term bond.
I don't see the point that greece has a chance at an international court.
It could be even a result that the EFSF payment are blocked.
In the end they will only have the chance to try to purchase the holdouts in the market.
The short term bonds arount 75% and the long term around 50%....
