Re: Default Argentina Bonds / Status Update

Dear Clients:

We are writing to confirm that we have entered into negotiations with Argentina to resolve your claims. Meetings are being held in New York with Argentine government representatives, in the office of the special master. As has been true for our litigation efforts in recent years, we are joining with the large “hedge fund” bondholders in seeking the best possible settlement resolution with Argentina.
