·         Early Tender Deadline: October 6^th, 2016 (5:00 p.m NYC time)

·         Expiration Date: October 14^th, 2016 (5:00 p.m. NYC time)

Your custodian or clearing system will have deadlines prior to this, so please ensure you submit your instructions ahead of any relevant deadlines. You will need to instruct via your custodian in order to participate.

For the November Notes, the Early and Late Instruction Amount are per U.S.$1,000 principal amount of the outstanding Notes tendered (including after amortization payments) as of the date hereof rounded downwards to the nearest integral multiple of U.S. $1,000, and not per U.S.$1,000 principal amount of the originally issued principal amount.

In addition to this, the aggregate amount of Existing Notes being exchanged for New Notes will be subject to the Aggregate Maximum Exchange Amount (as defined in the Supplement to the Offering Circular), proration and minimum amounts arrangements.
