Argentina to make formal presentation before Judge Griesa

In his daily press briefing, Cabinet Chief Jorge Capitanich announced that Argentina will make “a formal presentation” to US Judges Thomas Griesa today, regarding his ruling, favourable to the holdout hedge funds.

“The presentation will be made by [Argentina’s] lawyers,” Capitanich said. He refused to give more details saying Economy Minister Axel Kicillof will delivering a public statement on Argentina’s presentation at Economy Ministry.
