BDCL (ISIN = US90267B7652) has been issued by UBS AG London Branch. This has not changed. The products are listed on a US exchange and are structured in the US. That said, these are debt securities so the concept of “domiciled” may not be relevant to begin with in this context. At the end of the day, the note is still issued by UBS AG London Branch and nothing has changed for the investor.
