Argentina: Argentine Ministry of Finance and Public Credit publish preliminary instructions for bond holders
Clearstream Banking has been made aware of a press release published by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Argentina announcing preliminary information regarding the procedures by which eligible holders of any series of defaulted bonds of Argentina may accept the terms of the Proposal announced on 5 February 2016 (Propuesta de Settlement Febrero 5-2016). Further details are still expected from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
Clearstream Banking has not yet received the confirmation of the ISIN codes impacted by this announcement.
