Government rejects 'vultures' request for confidential negotiations

Finance Secretary Luis Caputo today told US court-appointed mediator in the legal battle against vulture funds Daniel Pollack that Argentina’s negotiation offer will be public to ensure the transparency of the process.

Media reports today indicated vultures could request the government a “confidentiality agreement” in debt negotiations as a condition to accept an offer.
