NOTICE OF RESULT OF MEETING

of the holders (the “Bondholders”) of the outstanding U.S.S 1,434.023,000 4.625 % bonds due 25 June 2013 (ISIN XS0372384064) (the “Bonds”) issued by The Hellenic Republic

NOTICE IS HEREBY GWEN to the Bondholders of the outcome of the meeting of such holders convened by the notice published through Euroclear or Clearstream Banking, société anonyme (as applicable) on 3 April 2012 (the "Notice of Adjourned Meeting ') and held on 18 April 2012 (the “Adjourned Meeting") at which the Extraordinary Resolution set out in such Notice of Adjourned Meeting relating to amendments to the Bonds was considered.

A quorum was not present at the Adjourned Meeting for the Extraordinary Resolution in respect of the Bonds set out in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting and therefore, the Extraordinary Resolution was not considered at the Adjourned Meeting. Accordingly, the modifications referred to in the Extraordinary Resolution in respect of the Bonds will not be implemented.
