By Opinion dated August 23, 2013, the Court affirmed the district court's orders, as amended and
stayed enforcement of the amended injunctions pending the resolution by the Supreme Court of a timely
petition for a writ of certiorari. The mandate issued on December 11, 2013, following denial of the
petitions for panel and en banc rehearing. The Supreme Court denied the petition for writ of certiorari on
June 16, 2014.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the August 23, 2013 stay of enforcement of the amended
injunctions is lifted.
