Thank you for your inquiry, and also for doing it in English. Could try German, but much too rusty. US holders of GGBs, we believe have a good legal case for recoveries. We can discuss in more detail at your convenience. Crucial is that the bondholder purchased through their US branch or other affiliate in the US. 

 

LBW and Depfa and the like, have no access to US courts for bonds and swaps purchased outside of the US. Very interested to hear if you have such investors.
