 NOTICE OF RESULT OF MEETING
of the holders (the “Bondholders”) of the outstanding €250,000,000 3.5625% Bonds due 21 December 2012 issued by Hellenic Railways (OSE - Organismos Sidirodromon Ellados) and guaranteed by the Hellenic Republic with ISIN XS0208636091 (the “Bonds”)
NOTICE IS HEREBY felVEN to the Bondholders of the outcome of the meeting of such holders convened by the Notice published through Euroclear System (“Euroclear") or Clearstream Banking, société anonyme (“Clearstream"), as applicable, on 3 April 2012 and on the website of Euronext on 3 April 2012 (the “Notice of Adjourned Meeting") and held on 18 April 2012 (the “Adjourned Meeting") at which the Extraordinary Resolution set out in such Notice of Adjourned Meeting relating to amendments to the Bonds was considered.
The Extraordinary Resolution in respect of the Bonds set out in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting was not passed at the Adjourned Meeting. Accordingly, the modifications referred to in the Extraordinary Resolution in respect of the Bonds will not be implemented.
