 NOTICE OF RESULT OF MEETING
of the holders (the “Bondholders”) of the outstanding €250,000.000 CMS-Linked with Global Floor bonds due 13 July 2020 issued by the Hellenic Republic (ISIN XS0224227313) (the
-L “Bonds”) issued by The Hellenic Republic
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Bondholders of the outcome of the meeting of such holders convened by the notices published through Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V. or Clearstream Banking, société anonyme (as applicable) on 3 April 2012 and published on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 3 April 2012 and in the Luxemburger Wort on 5 April 2012 (the “Notice of Adjourned Meeting”) and held on 18 April 2012 (the “Adjourned Meeting”) at which the Extraordinary Resolution set out in such Notice of Adjourned Meeting relating to amendments to the Bonds was considered.
The Extraordinary Resolution in respect of the Bonds set out in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting was duly passed at the Adjourned Meeting. Accordingly, the modifications referred to in the Extraordinary Resolution in respect of the Bonds will be implemented with effect on and from 25 April 2012. *
