By Order dated March 1, 2013, this Court asked the Republic of Argentina (the “Republic” or “Argentina”) to submit the terms of the “payment formula and schedule” to which it is prepared to commit in respect of the “ratable payment formula” set forth in the district court’s November 21, 2012 Orders (“March 1 Order”).
